When I discovered the art of embroidery, firstly I started researching antique needlework.
I begun with making replicas and trying to reconstruct some Byzantine and ancient Greek samples of embroidery. It allowed me to show the first pieces of my work at the annual archaeological festival in Biskupin, Poland. The festival in Biskupin isan educational, interactive, annual event with a different topic every year.
